Given the advice of his father... changed the name to CALVELLO FLOWERS. Out growing that small garage, he purchased a corner store on Mifflin Street in South Philadelphia. Since opening we've been the premier florist offering the freshest flowers and most beautiful arrangements for every occasion for many years. In 1972 Mr. Al Calvello handed over the reins of a prosperous flower shop to his two sons and daughter.
